I Ordered and Paid for a 2 year service plan

When I try to get into Acer for repair, it doesn't expire until September 2013... but Acer won't let me schedule anything for repair, it says I am out of warranty... they do not give me any place to show them my proof on the sales receipt.

 

So what did I spent the $99 for??? laughs.. I am VERY unhappy about this. I have a DT ACER AG3610-UR20P RT that is now basically a giant paperweight... the net adapter died, and it is not just a simple card to replace.. it is a silver box wired into the motherboard... I bought a 2 year service contract for this unit but ACER doesn't seem to know anything about it.... and wants to charge me an arm and a leg before they will even talk to me.... I am fuming!!! I can't get online without the network adaptor... even the wireless won't work...

 

I bought ACER after buying DELL products for many years... but at least Dell will communicate with me without charging me for it....

 

I can change out and install cards in my computer but I am not about to dissassemble an entire computer for something on the motherboard....
