Where can we leave negative feedback to have the most impact for RGB keyboard issues & Poor Support

I just would like to emphasize somewhere that I will never purchase another Acer product. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they will not help me fix a $1500 Laptop that is defective. Predator Sense is defective and the RGB Keyboard will not work. The laptop will work without RBG Keyboard, but why should it? It should work and it should be fixed. I'm not sending it back after spending a month to get it set up and personalized for my work. I just know to not ever buy another one. Where is the best place to do this?
