My Nitro 5 AN515-58 won't turn on or charge. I left my computer on with things running, and unbeknownst to me it had come unplugged. When I came back an hour later, it was dead. The charging light was off, and the battery light was off. Plugging the power cord back into the computer did not work. I tried holding the power button down for 30 seconds with the power cord plugged in. That did not work. After looking online, I tried holding the power button down for 30 seconds with the charger unplugged then again with it plugged in. That also did not work. Regardless of what I do, not even the charging light will come on.

So First of all, check your power outlet, i think this laptop has pd charger support, so try to charge it with type C if possible, if it charges, then probably power supply charger is faulty.
Check The Power Port in laptop, clean it if possible.
If it is not, do a hard start again, remove all usb devices and all things connected to that, press power button for 30-60 sec, then leave it unplugged for few minutes, try to start after that,

If all this not working, than contact acer, they will provide you technician if you have warranty in your laptop, this could be a serious problem of Motherboard if all upper things not working.
