Acer Projector - X1328Wi problem with HDMI if wireless dongle connected.

Good day.

As my heading indicates, the HDMI works 100% if the wifi dongle is not inserted. The HDMI does not work reliably if the dongle is inserted as it seems that the Wireless causes interference to the HDMI signal.

Is this normal or is my unit faulty? Surely one should be able to use HDMI even with the wireless dongle inserted?

If your Acer X1328Wi projector experiences HDMI issues when a wireless dongle is plugged in, it likely means that the wireless signal is interfering with the HDMI connection, causing instability or a complete loss of signal; essentially, the wireless dongle is creating interference on the HDMI port, leading to a poor connection when both are active simultaneously.

Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected and of good quality.
Try using a different HDMI input on the projector.
Adjust wireless dongle placement: Move the wireless dongle further away from the HDMI port to minimize interference.
Connect directly with HDMI: If possible, try connecting your device directly to the projector using only the HDMI cable to see if the issue persists.
Check your projector manual for any settings that might be related to managing HDMI and wireless connections simultaneously.
Check for any available firmware updates for your projector, as this could potentially address compatibility issues.
