Unable to manage secure boot keys using ACER Predator BIOS

Using the latest predator BIOS version R01-B0 and I’m unable to access my secure boot key data base to add an exclusion to the list. The setting is titled “Manage all Factory Keys” but is blued out and I’m unable to click it

For more information:

-Yes secure boot is enabled

-Yes secure boot is set to custom and tried with default key provisioning both off and on

-Yes, I already cleared default keys and restored firmware to setup mode

-Yes, added both supervisor/user passwords

-Tried with multiple other BIOS versions with no impact

-Also used an EFI utility known as KeyTool to try and manually modify the keys however they only support .cer formats, not .der

Any help here is greatly appreciated as this seems like a fatal flaw with the predator bios
