It would really help if you told us which exact Acer computer model name and number you have as there are many thousands of different models, as just saying Acer Computer is not very informative, as if you give us a model we will be able to give you a more precise answer!

Anyway, what I suggest that you do is a refresh of the Wi-Fi and BT drivers in Device Manager first like shown below, if that doesn't work then completely uninstall these drivers in Device Manager and reinstall the Wi-Fi and BT drivers from scratch with the oem drivers from your computer models Acer Drivers and Manuals page as afterwards windows update will update these drivers to whatever the latest and most compatible driver version is suitable for your computer as that will reinstate these drivers and they will work. Good luck and hope this helps you put.

Refresh Wi-Fi and BT drivers this way:

WI-FI Driver Refresh > Go to Device Manager > Network adapters > select Wi-Fi card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.
