My Predator Laptop won’t turn on

So I was on my predator laptop one day, on a discord call with a friend while downloading a game. My laptop then shuts off, thinking it just overheated a bit or smth I turned it back on and tried to call but it shut off again. I then kept doing the same thing over and over again until I couldn’t even load into the log in screen. I left it there trying to let it cool down again thinking it overheated and then finding out the screen won’t even turn on. I saw that the light up keyboard turns on and the charging light comes on whenever plugged in and I can hear the fan start to kick but then stop. I also see a second blue light next to the charger light but I don’t know what it’s for. I’ve tried depleting the battery and charging it up, I’ve tried in plugging and replying the cord, I’ve tried restarting it by holding down the power button but nothing works. I’ve started to give up, could you please help me?

It would help if you would tell us what exact Predator model you have as that would help to give you a more precise guide, as there are many different Predator laptop models, anyway, I suggest that you first do a proper hard reset by following the below steps.

Remove the screws securing the lower case to the upper case of the laptop, starting from the upper side, pry to release the upper side latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Disconnect the battery cable from the MB and take the main battery out. then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug, and take all the ram out, leave the laptop like that for at least 15 min (preferably overnight) and then reconnect everything, if you have 2x ram modules only connect one and alternate the ram modules, as ram does cause boot problems also. but after doing all this reset the laptop should turn on and boot properly,

If all the above doesn’t work then your laptop has a problem in its main power rail of either a mosfet, capacitor or condenser that have blown and are restricting power to fire up the laptop and you need to take your Predator laptop to an experienced technician that can pinpoint and fix these problem for you. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
