Hi @AliAlAbbad he says that there are no games running, but there are other applications that consume high resources?
When it reaches that temperature, what processor usage data does the task manager give you?
If it really reaches 90 degrees without the computer having a high consumption, it may need to clean the dust from the air vents or the processor's thermal paste may be drying out. Has the computer been in use for a long time?
Do you use it a lot to play?
The high temperatures caused by games cause the thermal paste to lose its dissipation properties prematurely.

Make sure that you have the last Predator PHN18-71 bios version 1.15 installed and all the Win-11 24H2 updated to last OS build 26100.2894 also update the NVidia RTX gpu drivers too. Be aware that there is nothing that you can do to reduce these temps as the Intel 14th Gen cpu has this overheating design issue problems and Intel have released cpu microcode that have been incorporated into Acers bios versions to fix this, so check your microcode version of your cpu as the last version is 0x35.

Install CPUz and at section Mainboard > CPU Microcode of your laptop you will see that the version is: 0x129 which is not the latest version, so you will have to wait until Acer updates the bios so that the CPU Microcode is at the latest CPU Microcode version: 0x35 which is what is on my PHN16-71 which is a 13th Gen cpu that has the same overheating problems as your 14th Gen cpu's and it runs allot cooler like shown in the caption below at idle. Good luck and hope this helps you out

This is my Predator Sense just taken now when the ambient room temp is 26C and as you can see this latop runs very cool.

CPUz Microcode version of the PHN16-71
