I have recently bought Acer predator Helios neo 16 i9 14th gen 4060 with 165hz refresh rate. When i open my info system, i have found that my system sku is like 00000000 and also realise that my device battery is draining to fast without performing any task in it. I have test it and run youtube video nonstop for 1 hour 3 min and 30% of my battery has been decreased. When it was 20%, it starts draining too quickly also. Please guide on this matter, is my device geniune or it is refurbished varient?

A top end gaming laptop like your PHN16-72 i9-14900HX/RTX4060 was not designed to be used entirely on battery power and as portable gaming platform, this laptop when used especially for gaming is meant for its adapter to be plugged into the mains power 24/7 and is really a desktop/laptop which is a good description for this laptop.

Your laptop has an oem 5880mAh type battery and for this battery to last to 20% battery power for 63 minutes is correct as the max power is 80 minutes to the power completely switching off. Don't expect any more from the battery for a huge gaming laptop like the PHN16 to last longer than that no matter what Acer specifies. Your laptop is not refurbished and/or not new, that is the lifespan of the battery of these laptops. Btw I'm using the PHN16-71 model that has an upgraded Samsung 990 Pro with Heatsink and 64GB DDr5-4800mT/s ram that put more strain on battery power and that is the battery power that I'm getting out of my laptop also. Good luck.

There is no SKU code number used by Acer, and all system information are the same as its not a relevant number, use the SNID or S/N numbers as your laptop ID, as Acer uses a UPC scan code that is on the new box that your laptop was sold with. I've just gotten a PHN16-71 laptop and its got no SKU number also, don't worry about that number. Good luck.

My System Info has no SKU also.
