Android TV dongle stopped working - Acer PL3510ATV Vero projector

Android TV dongle stopped working. The projector displays a screen that it cannot find the source and urges me to press the POWER button on the ATV remote control. It does nothing. Yes, the remote control has charged batteries.
I will add that this problem has appeared from the very beginning of using this projector, but I worked around it like this: I set the Android TV source, restarted the projector and Android TV started. Now it does not help anymore.

Eny ideas?

I just scrolled by this posted last month. If the issue is still not resolved, here are a few additional steps you can try:

Re-pair the Remote: Sometimes the remote might lose its pairing with the dongle. Try re-pairing the remote by following the instructions in the user manual or on-screen prompts.

Factory Reset the Dongle: If possible, perform a factory reset on the Android TV dongle. This can often resolve persistent issues. You might need to refer to the user manual for specific instructions on how to reset the dongle.

Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that both the projector and the Android TV dongle have the latest firmware updates installed. You can check for updates on the Acer Support page.

Try a Different HDMI Port: If your projector has multiple HDMI ports, try connecting the dongle to a different port to see if that resolves the issue.

Use a Different Power Source: Ensure that the dongle is receiving adequate power. Try using a different power adapter or USB port to power the dongle.

Contact Support: If none of these steps work, it might be best to contact Acer support for further assistance. They can provide more detailed troubleshooting steps or determine if there is a hardware issue with the dongle or projector.

I hope one of these solutions helps!
