You need to first completely get rid of that pinky terrible messy pad paste with Isopropyl alcohol and change that pad paste to proper and efficient thermal pads from TG which I used on my AN515-56 11th Gen/RTX3050 laptop, the products were the TG Minus Pad Extreme which come in two sizes of 120x20mm and 100x100mm @ thicknesses of 0.5.1.0.1.5,2.0 and 3.0mm, what you need to do is to figure out and stack these pads on top of each other on the VRAM chips until they all make contact with the thermal module together with the cpu and gpu paste equally, as that is how you will get the best cooling solution with changing the paste and pads.

For the cpu use the Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal and for the gou use the Kryonaut Extreme normal paste as the combination of all these top end products reduced temps in my laptop by 10-18C overall but that is also with a muti fan tablet cooler. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
