i cant open up nitrosense when i click the button

when i click the nitro button it wont open

    First, restart your computer, as this can sometimes fix minor glitches. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the Nitrosense software by going to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program, finding Nitrosense, and uninstalling it. After that, download the latest version from Acer's official website and reinstall it. Additionally, try running the software as an administrator by right-clicking on the Nitrosense icon and selecting "Run as administrator." You can also rebuild Windows Performance Counters by opening Command Prompt as an administrator and typing lodctr /R, then pressing Enter. Lastly, ensure that both your Nitrosense software and all system drivers are up to date.

    Hi, check the Windows Store if there is a newer version of Predator or NitroSense.

    i didnt see anything but i have to shut down my laptop to be able to open it
