Yesterday I was trying to change the drive letter on my acer laptop because I'm Dumb, and I did it but then I restarted the laptop after it, and then the blue screen thing showed so I went to command prompt in advanced options>troubleshoot, and then I did it again, and then restarted the laptop again after, but now whenever I start the laptop, there's just a black screen with the acer logo and the spinning dots, and it lets me move the cursor, and then after like, 1 or 2 seconds, it switches to a black screen with just the spinning dots and it still lets me move the cursor, and it doesn't switch to anything else, and when I turn the laptop off and turn it on 3 times, it opens a Windows Boot Manager Error saying "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem: 1. Insert your windows installation… blah blah blah blah blah… and I've tried so many things to fix it, but I can't. And when I start the laptop and click Fn + 0 (F10) it opens the Edit Boot Options, and Ive tried stuff on that too but nothing happened on it either. Can someone help me and please tell me how to fix it, and don't say to use a USB Drive (Flash Drive), CD, ISO File, Or DVD, Bc I dont have any of those. Thank you for your help!

Edit: If you reply saying what to do, i will have to do the stuff in a while bc my dad is gonna try to fix it rn, and he said that if he isn't able to fix it, I'm gonna lose my other laptop too until I learn how to not mess around with the laptop.
