Acer Neo 16 model PHN16-72-92DC making weird buzzing noise on the right side of the laptop

I am experiencing a persistent buzzing sound coming from my laptop. I have tried troubleshooting by increasing the fan speed, muting audio, and unplugging the power supply, but the buzzing remains unaffected.

Additionally, I am unable to access support through the Customer Self Service portal. Every time I attempt to enter my laptop’s Serial Number (S/N), it is rejected, even though it is correct and registered under my email. Could you kindly assist me with both issues?

The laptop should not be making any buzzing sounds, if it is then it could be its cooling fans and if its on the right of the laptop as the laptop sits on the desk unopened, its the gpu fan that is faulty and needs replacing.

If you can't register your PHN16-72 laptop with Acer online for warranty support, then contact Acer directly by phone in your country and book a service call that way. Remember to not allow the warranty expire on this high end laptop as parts on these laptops are very expensive and if the mainboard is faulty and needs replacing, its going to be very expensive if you allow the warranty to expire, as a new board is about 80% the cost of what this laptops costs new. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
