Put pc to sleep the other day, it went to sleep and then turned itself back on. I left it for about 20 minutes and when i came back nothing would work. It powers on but only the front blue light turns on, fans don’t start, it doesn’t boot. it seems like it’s stuck. Tried to short cmos, still nothing. I don’t know what else to do.

    Hi @ashleighdx

    Please try these steps given below and let us know the status.

    • Reset the RTC/bios battery: Remove the battery and short the + and - pins to reset the super IO and bios chips.
    • Clear CMOS: You can try clearing the CMOS from the Predator Orion PO3-650's SG.
    • Check the power source: Make sure the computer is connected to a power source and the power light is on.  it
    • Restart the computer: Restarting the computer might resolve the issue.
    • Update software and drivers: Changing settings or updating the software and drivers might resolve the issue.

    If these steps don't work, you can take your desktop to an Acer support center or an experienced technician. You can also try these general methods to wake a computer from sleep mode: Press the SLEEP keyboard shortcut, Press any key on the keyboard, Move the mouse, and Press the power button.

    Hi @Joe_Kingsley i have tried all of those expect for updating software & drivers as i can’t get the pc to boot. But I do keep my pc up to date so i doubt that is the issue.

    @ashleighdx

    After powering on, does the PC show anything on the screen?

    Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
    Thank you and have a nice day!
