    Hi @BiG88BirD

To connect a Bluetooth device to an Acer Aspire E 15, you can try the following steps:

    1. Click the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the Start menu
    2. Type "Bluetooth" in the search bar
    3. Select Bluetooth and other devices settings from the search results
    4. Ensure the Bluetooth toggle switch is set to On
    5. Select Add Bluetooth or other device to pair and connect your Bluetooth device
    6. Choose the device and follow any additional instructions
    7. Select Done

If you're having trouble connecting, you can try these steps:

    • Make sure your device is in pairing mode and within range
    • Remove the device you're trying to pair with, then reconnect it by selecting Add device
    • Turn on and off airplane mode

Please try the above suggested steps given and let us know the status.
