Acer Service Centre in UAE claims laptop damage after repair, no contact for complaints

Why there is no contact emails or web page to receive customer complains agains the trusted service centers and sales outlets. I have provided my laptop for repair as it under warranty to Carrefour Ajman and after 15 days they claim the there was a damage in laptop but actually they verified when they collected my laptop and the mentioned damage was not there. So I feel it was damaged during transportation or while storage. But there is no way to contact ACER and complain here in UAE
