Aspire TC-1760 desktop keeps turning on and off with no display. What's the issue?
I have recently purchased an Acer Aspire TC-1760 dextop CPU. It was working fine till yesterday. Today when I turn on the pc by pressing the power button on the cpu the LED of the power button turns on and the cpu fan turns on but there is no display. After some time the it automatically turns off, and after a short interval it turns on again and the on and off process is going on endlessly. What is the reason?

Do you get any beeps ??

No beeps just power led turns on and the cpu fan turns on. When the power cuts off the power button led and motherboard leds with cpu fan goes off. Whole process is repeating. I have checked if there is any power in the usb ports when the lights are on , there is no power in any usb ports.

That type of symptom is often an issue within the BIOS settings, either Windows was kind enough to update the BIOS for you with odd settings or something else got it corrupted. Try doing a CMOS reset:
With the system off, move the jumper and wait a bit, then move it back. When you attempt the next boot, go directly into the BIOS and use F9 to reset to factory defaults followed by F10 to save and exit. That might get you back up and running again.
