    You should not be getting BSOD blues screens and Win-11 should install perfectly, as I have done all that to this exact laptop. I have the exact same laptop and I speak from personal experience.

    As my laptop came with Win-11 Home 23H2 version I did a clean install of Win-11 Home 24H2 and all updates to OS build 26100.2605 in this Predator Helios Neo PHN16-71-50JG i5-13500HX/RTX4050, I have also update the oem 16GB (2x 8Gb DDR5-4800MT/s) to 64GB ram @ 2x 32GB DDr5-4800MT/s CL40 Crucial ram type - CT2K32G48C40S5 and I have upgraded the boot M.2 SSD to a 1TB Samsung 990 Pro NVMe with Heatsink and I also fitted an extra 1TB into SSD2 slot as a slave drive, and this laptop works perfectly without any BSODs or crashes.

    If the laptop is under warranty then send it to Acer Tech support and get them to fix this laptop, as a new mainboard is very expensive to replace and all the parts for these Predator Helios Neo are also expensive, as there is something wrong with the mainboard in this laptop.
