While trying to register, it says my serial no. is already registered. Please help me to solve this.
Good day! I tried to register my device, but I cannot register. Attached in this was a screenshot of the problem I encountered during registration.
In the screenshot below it appears that the serial no. is already registered but this is the 1st time I register my device. Please help me to solve this problem.

The Acer site sometimes has errors and is down for registration of a product, so you will need to try the registration again in a few days, if you can't get your Acer product registered then phone Acer in your country and do it over the phone or with the supplied registration form of your product.
But be aware, that you can only register a NEW Acer product and not if you bought it used or refurbished as those Acer products have already been registered, so you won't be able to register such Acer products. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

I received notification that my registration was not complete, however upon checking it says it is. What is correct?

If its registered its registered, there is no other reason why its not.
