Hi, like title says already, s there a way to reopen this User Experience Improvement Program window on my acer laptop, last time I closed it without picking an option and now is not appearing anymore.

I tried open the .exe file called ueipoobecheck but nothing happens… I hope there is a way to reopen it and actually change what is selected there even in the future if I change my mind.

I added a screenshot of the window I am talking about, thanks

Most of us have bloatware like UEIP disabled as it is a resources hog, clutters up your networking with telemetry without any benefits for the user. Its main function is to collect and analyze data about how users interact with Acer products. I recommend you uninstall it in Windows "Add or remove programs".

Yeah I am aware of how liked/disliked that is, but this isn't the reply I was looking for, I am trying to understand why I can't make that screen show up anymore even if I try open the specific .exe file for it.

If it got enabled I would like to be able to disable it again for example

Check to see if the service is running. If it is you likely managed to turn it on at some point. If it's not running search in the registry for entries that include User Experience Improvement Program, verify they are the Acer version and not for someone else and look to see if there's anything obvious in the way of flags. I believe the ueipoobecheck.exe is launched by MSG.exe…

Ok I think the service had manual (trigger) type of execution, I tried started the process and then run the .exe file but didn't helped, I will check in the registry for flags.

So that means it saves the settings in registry flags? It wont create a file or something with the settings enabled or disabled?
