Touchpad stop working on my AG14-31P laptop.

Drivers all up to date. Bluetooth mouse work fine

    Hi, boot to BIOS and check in the Main screen if Touchpad is set to 12C HID, you may have to press Ctrl+S to see the options. Press F9 (save changes in BIOS) and boot to Windows and in Device Manager uninstall the 12C HID device in Human Interface Devices. reboot, also press the F10 key or Fn + F10 that turns on/off the touchpad and check if Touchpad is enabled in Windows:

    If still no Touchpad, restore the system to before this happened, type restore in Search and click on "Create a restore point" and select a date when Touchpad was still working:
