Hi, I have recently noticed that my laptop (Acer Aspire_ A315-58) no longer has Bluetooth. I had also checked on my device manager and it appears I have no Bluetooth driver. What can I do on this case? The laptop came with a Bluetooth.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Nthabii16 first of all, try to install the Bluetooth driver and check if it appears again in the device manager, you can download it from the following address:

Product Support - Aspire A315-58 | Acer United States

Download the driver for the installed version of Windows.

    Regards.

If your Acer Aspire A315-58 laptop no longer has Bluetooth and the Bluetooth driver is missing from the Device Manager, you should visit the Acer support website to download and install the latest Bluetooth driver for your model. Once the driver is downloaded, install it and restart your laptop. After restarting, check the Device Manager to ensure the Bluetooth driver is properly installed and there are no errors.

Just some additional information for you, the below cards are all the Aspire a315-58 laptops Acer fitted WLAN/BT cards, so go into Device Manager > Network adapters > and see which exact card you have and compare it with the ones below, afterwards go to the A315-58 Acer support page and download the appropriate BT driver for the card that is fitted in your A315-58 laptop, its a very simple thing to do as after you install the oem Acer provided BT driver and the BT will appear in Device Manager and windows update will update the BT driver later, to the most recent driver appropriate for your laptop. Good luck.

I only have the following drivers under the network adapters on my device manager. I had also downloaded the bluetooth driver on the Acer support but when I try to install it it states that some drivers were installed and some failed to install and I restart the PC and after switching it on again the bluetooth is still not there.

    Which one did you install?

The message that it is already installed may indicate that the Bluetooth device has been physically disconnected.
Please try to install the previous Bluetooth drivers one by one again and tell me the result and the warning messages:
