Update BIOS with version 1.12 dated 2024/12/27 (last week) it includes a fix for power issues and update Windows11 23H2 to version 22621.4602 or 22631.4602. When still unable to boot without the power adapter (don't use a USB-C charger) try this: Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module under the battery (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts (terminals) inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds and remove the 2 RAM modules, if you have any spare SODIMMs install those or reseat firmly the original RAM modules, after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop and try to boot. If you can't boot and the amber battery LED flashes it is not charging, then run a battery report: Open the command prompt as administrator and paste this powercfg /batteryreport and press Enter. Open the report with Edge and right click or press Ctrl+P and select Print to Microsoft PDF, attach the Battery Report in your reply, and type @Puraw so I get an alert.
