hello guys so my device is travelmate b118-M-C4RZ my device is made in year 2022 and when i go on
https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/TMB118-M/NX.VHSER.00B/downloads
theres only windows 10,11 options

as you can see theres no windows 8.1 or windows 7 drivers. i understand microsoft ended the support of the older os than windows 10 but i want windows 7 because i find it reliable fast and very comforting operating system im very dissapointed i can not install windows 10 or less, when i try to install windows 7 with iso setup.exe directly from windows operating system it formats windows 11 installs win 7 perfectly but when it boots up it shows starting windows and then it shows black screen for second and then it shows VERY corrupted windows xp bsod looking bsod i dont have picture of it but imagine red windows xp bsod exactly like and there are white cubes like pixels at top random and then it restarts again again again again non-end, is there way i can download windows 7? ive been trying everything since 2022 to install windows 7 i hate windows 10,11 i do not find it reliable and animations are slowing my perfomance.
i tried everything to edit iso, install it different way, but none of these worked please i want it soo bad its my dream to achieve because this is only budget laptop my mother bought me i want windows 7 i hate windows 10 11 i want somebody to help me install windows 7 or even give me similar acer laptop that has windows 7 support and can run with this laptop so i can inject drivers in iso and download windows 7. please do not complain in help section that windows 10 or 11 is not that bad and you dont need windows 7 i want only help and helpful answers but no complains please,

thank you.

The simplest answer(s) and reason(s) why you are getting all the graphics and operational error and black screen problems is because the TravelMate model B118-M and its support page has Win-11 drivers and bios appropriate to this OS, as Acer specifically designed this laptop for Win-10 Pro and Win-11 OSs, which are the best operating systems that you can operate this laptop with and it was NOT designed for Win-7 or Win8/8.1..

Downgrading this laptop to the Win7 OS will be sacrilege and will do nothing except make this laptop inoperable, while downgrading to Win-8/8.1 the laptop will not perform to its full potential performance. So why on earth would you want to ruin this laptop? Install the OSs that Acer intended this laptop to have for its best support by Acer and operation. good luck and hope this helps you out.

It might be possible to install Windows 8.1 since it supports UEFI BIOS. Windows 7 does not fully support UEFI BIOS and does not have any drivers for this machine. You can also get a laptop that has a 3rd or 4th Gen Intel CPU and supports Windows 7.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

The manufacturers of computer chips don't bother to develop drivers for obsolete operating systems. In your case if you need to run Windows 7, you need to find old enough hardware (more than ten years old at least) to have drivers available. A 2022 design may even be new enough that it won't have support for Windows 10, as is the case with current models.

i want to downgrade because windows 10,11 is bloated having me advertisments in taskbar, having animations that is designed to take 10 seconds something to open for example taskbar and windows 10,11 have spyware microsoft telemetry. im used to windows 7 because it is very simple basic and i like aero glassy theme (windows 7 aero theme is optimized and DO not take up much resources to work like third parties like windowblind) i like windows 7 because it does NOT come with horrible windows 10,11 features such as windows defender like windows 10,11 has also microsoft defender does nothing all it does it run in background taking up 70% of cpu, windows 10,11 have bloatware apps, microsoft telemetry basically keylogging and having you adware built in operating system also windows 10,11 theres very horrible animations i hate and find it very stupid and it is taking up my performance (animations make my pc slower and its not optional to disable every single animation) also i do not want taskbar sliding in my screen i want it appearing fastest i click and windows 7 have it

i used to have windows 7 computer in 2016 even tho i had worst specs like it was my mom desktop pc that was supposed to be used for windows xp but when i upgraded that to windows 7 it had very fast performance thats why i prefer windows 7 than joke windows 10,11 on this laptop

installing windows 7 is not meaning to ruining laptop having spyware, adware operating system is, microsoft installs you microsoft edge that you cant even remove AND microsoft edge is taking up space also if i actually used microsoft edge my information would be sold to advertisers which is called adware malware, im not fan of windows 10,11 UI as well i like windows 7 and vista most and thats third reason i want to install windows 7 also windows 7 is optimized to max, none of its built in programs take up resources, spy on you or even force you to have programs you hate.

i did research and found out that it is impossible to install windows 7 in my laptop but can you please find me windows 8 os build version like for example windows 8 os build version is 9200 all i want you to do is find specific windows 7 and 8 nearest os build version that supports my specific device and have aero glass theme? if you would research it for me and give me specific os build version 4 numbers i will appreciate it very much and click "Yes" that you helped me thanks for current response and have great day

I do appreciate your reasons but you still want to operate as far as computers are concerned in stone age😀 as there is no support for Win-7 or Win 8/8.1 anymore, as we have told you before, as unless you have a special source that you can get Win-7 drivers then you might get the Win 7 OS going on the TravelMate laptop but there is going to be a stage that the laptop will bottleneck and you will get the same results that you getting now.

Your TravelMate B118-M-C4RZ is not the most powerful laptop out there for these modem OSs, as its got on-board ram that can't be upgraded and basic Intel graphics specifications for a laptop and at the lower end of the spectrum to run Win-10 or 11 OS.

What I suggest that you do is this, if you want a Win-7 laptop search the web for an old Aspire that has Win-7 and came oem with that OS but if you want to have a speedy modern laptop with full support from Acer and Microsoft and you still want to keep to the TravelMate laptop theme, then buy the newer TravelMate P4 Laptop - TMP414-51-781T or go to a Swift X 14 Laptop - SFX14-72G-77DZ which are allot more powerful and will operate Win-11 perfectly. Good luck as I’m sure that you are set in your ways and its impossible to persuaded you otherwise😁

I also appreciate your preferences, it's just that what you want isn't going to be possible with any of the current hardware. To run Windows 7 in a stable environment, you need to have hardware that supported Windows 7. That means 6th gen Intel chipsets from 2017 or earlier. The AMD chipsets from that same time should also work, and those are all going to be hardware that's ten years newer than what W7 originally shipped on in 2007. The current chipsets from Intel are 14th gen, and they release a new generation every year, so 6th gen are eight years old now.
