Dear Acer Support Team,

I recently purchased the Acer ALG (AL15G-52) laptop in November, and while I initially didn't monitor the temperatures closely, I’ve since noticed significant overheating issues. Here’s an overview of the problem:

  1. Initial Observations:
    • During a Fortnite gaming session, the CPU temperature exceeded 100°C.
    • I contacted customer support, and a technician replaced the thermal paste.
  2. Current Concerns:
    • Despite the thermal paste replacement, the issue persists.
    • While performing basic tasks like file compression, the CPU temperature surged to 104°C.
  3. System Specifications:
    • Intel i5-12450H
    • 16GB RAM
    • NVIDIA RTX 3050 (6GB, 75 TGP)

These high temperatures are affecting the laptop’s performance and longevity. I’ve attached screenshots documenting the temperature spikes for your reference.

Given the specs and my usage, these temperatures seem abnormal and concerning. Could this be a hardware defect or cooling system inefficiency? I request your guidance and support in resolving this issue promptly.
