Predatorsense lighting tab just not there anymore on my helios neo 16 running Windows 11

I recently reinstalled predatorsense on my helios neo 16 (windows 11), because the keyboard was permanently set to blue. I had to jump through a couple hoops to get the program back up and running on my laptop, but when I tried to access the lighting tab, there was just nothing there. No matter how many times I uninstall or restart, it hasnt changed. Ive also tried looking in BIOS, nothing still. Any thoughts on where i should begin to fix this?

You must have installed the new version onto the old version, in these laptops you need to first uninstall the old version before you install the new version. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program and uninstall the current PS from there, as that completely uninstalls PS off your OS.

Then download the appropriate newest version of the PS for your laptop and install it again, as you should have the PS screen below. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is PHN16-71 with the latest version 5.0.1341 PS and after a clean install of its oem Win-11 23H2 to the new 24H2 version, and it works perfectly, like your should.
