Dear Acer Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue with my Acer SF514-55TA-72VG laptop (Sr no . NXA6SSI001XXXXXXXXXXXX). The back panel of the device is experiencing paint/bubble/peeling off problems, which is affecting its appearance and overall condition.

Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? I would appreciate guidance on whether this can be repaired under warranty or if any other solutions are available.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Here I have attached the photos

Those issues are fairly well known on many models shipped around the same era. The coating to the plastic didn't meet spec and was very sensitive to heat and humidity. While in warranty Acer was replacing case halves, and they continued that for a while after warranty on a case by case basis. There isn't usually any structural problem, but it does look pretty nasty. At about a year and a half old, it's well worth it to try and reach out to Acer support to see if they will deal with it for you.
