Call Acer Service To unlock HDD MDBSOLK4 need to input password-unable to call Acer/online service

I've been advised to call acer service to unlock the HDD land need to input a password. I am unable to call Acer and would need an online service to help solve the issue. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

It depends on how the drive is locked, if with BitLocker then Puraw's suggestion is correct, the keys are stored in your Microsoft account. If the drive is locked in some other manner then you either need to get the password from the software that does the locking or send the system to a service center where they can unlock it for you. Unlocking online is typically not supported by anyone for obvious security reasons.
