Aspire 3 A315-58-364W Laptop Running Windows 11 Not Turning On

So, my laptop died. So I just you know connected the charger like normal. But when I turned it on it said it was still dead? I'll show the screen I see.

    What is the full laptop model like Aspire 3 A315-59 and are you using Acer Care Center or Acer Sense? Uninstall or disable ACC in Windows Services: Stop accSvc and accAgentSvc and right click on these services, in Properties change the Startup type to Disabled. If you can no longer boot to Windows, disconnect the power adapter, there is a small pinhole in the back of your laptop (with a battery sign) and stick a pin in that hole till you feel it click (micro switch), keep pressing the pin for a few seconds. This will reset the battery. Try to charge the battery to 100% and boot.

    What is the exact laptop Aspire 3 model number, it should be something like A315-xx? Also do a hard reset first (like I’ve described below) and see if that fixes this problem, otherwise you have other problems with you laptop charging and main power rail that you need to take your laptop to a technician so that they can fix your laptop. Good luck.

    Hard Reset:

    Remove the screws securing the back cover of the lower case of your laptop, open the buckle with a pick then remove the lower case from the bottom, then remove the lower case.

    Disconnect the main battery plug from the MB and take the main battery out. then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery, then short the bios batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug (as shown below) leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) and then reconnect everything as the laptop should turn on and boot properly, if you have 2x ram modules, only connect 1x ram module and test the laptop like that and see if the shutdowns still happens, then alternate the ram and see if the ram is causing this problem.
