I have an Acer Swift Go 14 Intel EVO i5 16+512 GB 13th Gen Laptop laptop, which comes with a 100W Type-C charger. Can I charge this laptop using a power bank or a mobile charger?

Hi, no a universal phone charger won't be able to charge your laptop as it requires a 100W special laptop USB-C charger with Fast Charging capabilities and a fixed 5 Amp thick USB-C cord. For this same reason a Power Bank won't work plus that the power (Volt/Amp) won't be detected by Thunderbolt, BIOS and MS ACPI battery protocol. The only Power Bank that I know off that works for tablets and Chrome Books is the Baseus Blade 20,000 mAh model with a 5 Amp mini-USB-C cable.

Some power banks might support 20V@5A output, but most are designed to charge devices like phones, with 5V power. You don't tell us just which Swift Go 14 model you have, so we can't quote actual specs, but most will charge, very slowly, with a phone charger as long as the laptop is turned fully off so it's not drawing any power.
