SFG14-73-experienced 3 times BSODs, 2 times got stuck on Acer logo screen, getting electric shock...

I want to ask about this type of laptop, I have the SFG14-73 series, which is only 2 months old, it experienced approximately 3 blue screens, 2 times it got stuck on the Acer logo and felt a small electric shock on the "W" button. any suggestions to fix this problem?

I can't think of anything that would cause an electric shock on any keyboard button, other than perhaps static electricity, which would still be very unusual. BSODs are usually caused by software, so the next few times it happens capture picture of the screen, so we can try to look at the root cause.
