I am using windows 11. during my routine use I suddenly encountered a freeze and then a black screen on my laptop screen. rebooting did not work. When the computer turns on after the brand logo it stays on the black screen without the windows logo. other my laptop screen shows textured wrongly graphics screen. I can get a picture when I connect the laptop to the tv via HDMI. That's how I'm writing this message. Also, I can get a normal picture on the laptop screen when I run it in safe mode.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the GeForce driver and monitor. did not work. I installed the latest windows 24h2 update but no change. Then Nvidia support told me that the problem might be in the Intel UHD graphics driver. So, I updated the Intel UHD graphics driver, but it didn't help. then I disabled the Intel UHD graphics device, and the problem was nearly solved. now I can use my pc, but I have terrible graphic performance with games. then I tried to connect TV with HDMI, graphics gone normal but I can't see that graphics with my laptop monitor. I tried to uninstall UHD driver with DDU and installed the latest version from acer support driver. But problem didnt change.

There is no change other than my usual use. unfortunately, it happened during my routine use.

I have been having this problem for about 8 weeks. it was completely normal before.

When the problem was not solved, I formatted and did the latest GeForce and Windows updates.

I updated with Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.

My BIOS driver is up to date.

I am attaching the results of the Intel Processor Diagnostic tool.

LiveKernelEvent 141 seems to be giving an error.

I have scanned C:\WINDOWS\LiveKernelReports\

WATCHDOG\ error reports with WinDbg.
