New Acer Nitro V keeps black screening

The screen is just turning like a really dark gray without warning, you can still see that light is on in the screen. I have no idea why it's happening, nor how I can bring the computer back to usable without powering it down. Cntrl+alt+delete, Altf4, any other hotkeys I can think of are completely unresponsive.

At first I thought it was overheating, and maybe it was, but recently it's been happening browsing the internet or simply running Raid Shadow Legends and I immediately pick it up and it's not even warm to the touch.

Any insight on what I might be doing wrong? And also if it's possible to get it back to what I was doing without powering it down and back on?

Hi, do you keep the power adapter plugged-in 24/7 and is the battery fully charged to 100%? Try an external monitor or TV to check if this is a hardware issue or boot to Safe Mode, if the same dark screen, run a battery report: Paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.
