Does the "predator triton 17x" have the possibility of being expanded with an additional ssd in addition to the 2 already present?

    No, the X17 Predator Triton has 2x M.2 SSD Gen 4 x4 lane drive slots shown at #15 below and the specs I've provided for you and all the cards that it can also have as additional storage. If you want additional storage install the 4TB or 8TB M.2 SSD drives as that should be plenty of storage for your, if not then utilize an M.2 USB-C external case and use another 4TB drive etc . The quickest Gen 4 x4 lane M.2 SSD drive is the Samsung 990 Pro NVMe that comes in 4TB capacity also. Good luck
