Hi, I have a CN715-73G-79BG Model N19Q6

When I try to install the "SpatialLabs EC Pro" 1.0.1217 from https://www.acer.com/ca-en/support/product-support/ConceptD_CN715-73G (SpatialLabs EC PRO_Acer_1.0.1217_W11x64_A.zip) I get the message:

 "Incompatible device"

"Your device isn't compatible with Acer SpatialLabs Experience Center. Please install the application on Acer SpatialLabs laptops."

How do I install it?

Update your CN715-73G-79BG to the last bios version and try again, Acer would not have the SpatialLabs EC PRO - SpatialLabs Experience Center Professional - 1.0.1217 software if it won’t install on your laptop, so make sure that you also have the 24H2 Win-11 installed and all the updates and see if it installs. Good luck.

The SpatialLabs Experience Center 1.1.173 is installed but https://www.acer.com/ca-en/support/product-support/ConceptD_CN715-73G indicates I should have the SpatialLabs Experience Center Pro installed. But I can't install the "SpatialLabs Experience Center Pro" due to

    "Incompatible device"

"Your device isn't compatible with Acer SpatialLabs Experience Center. Please install the application on Acer SpatialLabs laptops."

I've tried "Reset this PC" but the problem persists.

    Thanks for your message, @StevenGen

I have updated the BIOS from 1.08 to 1.11 but the problem persists.

As for Windows, I am at 23H2. In Windows Update, I have clicked the "Check for updates" button but it does not give the 24H2 update. Should I do it manually even though it's not proposed by Windows Update?
