Hi,
In my case I need to replace EC and SPI from motherboard.

I have old BIOS dump and all DMI data.
On new SPI and EC Notebook cleaning BIOS, all data was cleaned (Model, Serial Number ,UUID)

In BIOS
model name is Aspire XXXX

I use SVOD 4, new EC extracted from old BIOS

The Predator laptops PH315-53 EC chip programing and bios chip program is a specialist job and needs all their special programs to be able to flash so that they will work with your laptop, seeing that you have the SVOD 4 flash tool you will need the appropriate PH315-53 laptops files so you will be able to do all this reprogramming of the EC and bios chips.

I suggest that you go to the Electronics Repair School - Discord site and join up (as technician Sorin does all this himself and has allot of files that you will need or ask on that site for your needed file) as they have all these EC chip programs files and bios files to flash these chips for the PH315-53.

Or you can search on the web for an already programmed new EC chip and a new programmed bios chip for the PH315-53 last bios version 2.04 that you can replace, which would be a much quicker, easier way for you to do this job and make your laptop work. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

The old DMI data is on the old BIOS SPI chip.

I copy old SPI chip data to new. Notebook reboot a few times. I assumed it was self-programming.
Unfortunately clean all DMI. Notebook boot to OS and work. I tried other BIOSes with same result.
Always end with Model: Aspier XXXX, SN board: N/A, SN: N/A, SNID: N/A, UUID: FFFFFFFF-FFFF-FFFF-FFFFE4A8DFF91F8D
