there are some questions

  1. The nearest service center in West Jakarta, specifically the Cengkareng area, where is the Acer service center for Swift 3?
  2. I want to add memory where my memory is full, can my laptop be with the Acer Swift-3 SF314-512 INTEL Core i5-12th brand?
If it can't, when I exchange it, can my old data on my laptop be transferred completely to the new one without missing anything? And I want to use a Samsung SSD 990 Pro 2TB, is it good? 990 or 980.

The Swift SF314-512 laptop ram can’t be upgraded as its an LPDDR5 type ram and its soldered onto the mainboard of the laptop. This laptop either comes with 8GB or 16GB and you can’t upgrade the ram.

This laptops SSD1 boot drive is a Gen 4 x4 lane M.2 SSD slot and the Samsung 990 Pro NVMe M.2 SSD type drive will work 100% and will increase the laptops read/write speeds considerably.

Be aware that this laptop SSD2 slave drive, is a Gen 3 x4 lane M.2 SSD slot and it’s a slowe speed. You can do this M.2 upgrade yourself very easily, all you need to do is to unscrew the back cover screws and pry open the back cover with a plastic card or guitar picks. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

You seem to have a 512GB SSD installed, partitioned into a C: and D:. Replacing that with a 1TB, 2TB or larger SSD will give you a lot more room. If replacing the SSD isn't viable, then you should look at what you have stored on the C: drive, and move some of the data to D: instead.

To replace the SSD you can install the new one in the second slot, then clone the old to the new, then replace the old with the new and boot from the one one. Once you are assured everything is working well, put the old one in the second slot, then use Disk Management to wipe it and repartition it as one big data partition.
