Hi, the first thing to do is making periodically a Windows USB recovery disk and monthly backing up your entire boot drive to an external USB backup drive. Find another PC with the same Windows11 version (never mind the build) and insert a 10GB USB2.0 flash drive in the USB slot, type Recovery drive in Search and click on Yes, when completed it will ask if this is for another PC and click on Yes.

Insert the USB Recovery drive in your laptop and boot to BIOS with F2, enable boot with USB drive and move the USB drive to the top of the Boot devices list, press F10 (save) and save changes on exit BIOS. Boot again but not with F2 and you will get the blue Troubleshoot menu.

Select "Reset this PC" or Advanced options and select "Uninstall Updates". You are not saying what update this was, what Windows11 version (23H2?) and build you are running and not even your full laptop model (N17C3 is just the series) so I cannot give you better advice than this.
