Hi, this is an older 2015 laptop, have you replaced the battery yet? Do this:

    1. Turn OFF the laptop.
    2. Unplug the power adapter.
    3. Press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds. Then turn the laptop on.

If still no boot possible boot to safe Mode with Alt+F10 as soon as the Acer logo appears. In the blue Troubleshoot menu select "Reset this PC" without losing your data option.

It could be that the battery is faulty and the laptop is being restricted form fully booting, if you haven’t changed the oem battery ever, then you need to do that for a 7 years old battery asap. This problem could also be from a faulty EC chip that is shorted and need replacing and reprogramming or the main power rail of the laptop has a mosfet or a capacitor that is shortening out and stopping your laptop from fully booting.

What I would do first is change the battery (as its pretty easy to do) if that doesn’t fix this problem, I suggest that you send/take this laptop to an experienced technician that has all the diagnostic tools and parts to fix this laptop for you. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.
