Hi,

I recently purchased an Acer Predator laptop with an RTX 4070 GPU, and I’ve been trying to register the product to claim the promotional offer. However, every time I enter the serial number on the registration page, I get the error: “Invalid Serial Number code.”

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1.Verified the serial number from the product label and entered it correctly.

2.Updated all drivers to the latest version, including the GPU drivers.

3.Registered my product on Acer’s official site successfully.

4.Contacted Acer and NVIDIA support, but the issue still isn’t resolved.

5.Double-checked if my product qualifies for the promotion and confirmed it meets the requirements.

I’m unsure if this is a database issue or a mismatch between the product and promotion eligibility. Can anyone help me resolve this issue or guide me on further steps?
