N60-640 Registration Issue-Can't find NitroSense app, can't control LED Fans or RGB RAM,

I can't register the N60-640 I just bought (Canada). Even using the S/N and SNID provided by your Serial Number Detection Tool won't work.

It gives me this warning:

"Sorry, we are unable to locate this serial number. Please check your information and try again. Note: product registration is not supported for part numbers (P/N) starting with “BL”.

Can't find NitroSense app, can't control LED Fans or RGB RAM, please help.

    With the registration, try that S/N or SNID for the Nitro N60-640 on the Acer support page and see if the N60-640 comes up, as the site could be down or it hasn’t been update to this new model desktop. This desktop does not have an Acer service guide as yet or a Nitro Sense included in the driver page. First update the Nitro N60-640 desktop titled: “1. Update microcode 0x129 to address sporadic Vcore elevation behavior announced by Intel 2. Update Nitro logo” version F11d, as Acer has had allot of problems with the Nitro Sense software for laptops and desktops so probably that is why they omitted the Nitro Sense for this new desktop model.
