Predator PO5-655-Acer Desktop computer-Predator Sense Stopped working, RGB lights off

Hello,

I have an Acer Desktop computer. Suddenly Predator Sense stopped working? RGB light off and the app shows nothing.

What to do and how to get working again? I have tried to download the latest drivers from acer site and reinstalled them but nothing works. Really frustrated after paying a really big sum for the computer and after only 2 months faces this kind of a problem causing headache for me trying to fix. And can't even get support by chatting directly with Acer….

Do you have any suggestions about how to fix this issue?

    What computer do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. Which version of the BIOS is installed? Which version of Windows is installed?

    Predator PO5-655. I believe the problem must have been somehow connected to the recent windows update (24H2). After this Predator sense started having problems and suddently just stopped working completely.

    However. As I just turned on the PC and looked for new woindows updates. There was som Acer Patch. Updated and simsalabim, predator sense works normally again!

    Hope it will work like this going forward.

    Good to hear, PS is fairly dependent on matching BIOS and OS versions, so it's easy for it to break when Microsoft or Insyde does a change. It's nice they fixed it so quickly.

    Good evening, I am having this same problems and I also feel that the windows updates caused it. I have not received any type of ACER updates or anything related. Is there a place I can get these updates manually to implement the change on the machine to allow the lights to work once again.
