Nitro ANV15-51-e-cores-fps on my games drops significantly but get better when the gamed is off.

Whenever i keep my e-cores on fps on my games drops significantly but when I turn off my e-cores, I get better fps, but my games and pc crash every 10 to 15 minutes. is there any fix to this.

When turning off E cores, Did you get high temperatures? Because crashes can happens when temperatures are high.
