Wireless mouse not working on Aio XXX, tried all fixes. Need help

My wireless mouse is not working. (AiO XXXX) I have changed the battery twice, checked that it's in correctly multiple times. I have switched the mouse on and off several times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Windows thinks it's connected. I moved the bluetooth dongle (very difficult to get to, I might add). I have restarted the AiO. Most of the online 'help' is outdated or ineffective. For example, I can't find a driver to update or repair.

Please give me clear, accurate instructions or tell me how to get a replacement. I have a wired mouse for emergencies, but I prefer not to have wires all over my desk—this is my , not an office.

Should still be under warranty. Or return it to the vendor for a refund or replacement if within the vendor's return merchandise authorisation (RMA) period

Battery voltage must 1.25v or higher. Spring & plate contacts inside battery compartment must be clean of corrosion or dirt by rubbing with a nail file. If it still doesn't work, best to purchase a new Logitech M325 wireless mouse for about $10usd.

Thanks. It's fairly new, so I fear this mouse is defective. An old mouse belonging to my previous pc (not yet disposed of) was being picked up from across the room, and the mouse that came with the new Acer seems to be undetectable, even when placed next to the dongle. I have ordered a new mouse, but this isn't really good enough, considering what the Acer cost.
