Hey dynamodevx, this laptop is not designed to work on Win-10 only Win-11 so always operate this laptop on Win-11 and its drivers and its windows updates and latest bios and firmware updates, also install the latest version 24H2 and all the updates to have OS build 26100.2605 running on this laptop for best driver compatibility and functionality of this laptop!

You don't need to update the Intel graphic driver on these laptops, as the best Intel graphic driver for your Intel® Pentium® Silver Nxxxx cpu model graphics that your Aspire A314-35 laptop has, is what Acer provides for the Intel graphics driver at the Acer Aspire A314-35 support page, first install the Intel version 27.20.100.8983 then allow Windows update to update this driver to the most compatible Intel graphics driver that is suitable for your Aspire laptop with the last version 24H2 installation will do as you DO NOT use the Intel Driver and Support Assistant software updater, as that software installs the wrong Intel graphics drivers for your Aspire and it will cause these sorts of BSODs. Good luck and hope this helps you out some more.

I know what graphics your A314-55 N4500 cpu has, I have this laptops Acer service guide, as your Celeron N4500 cpu has the same graphics as the N6000 cpu has, all these Intel® Jasper Lake Platform cpu's have the same Intel graphics which is the "Intel® UHD Graphics" and your Celeron® N4500 is the same.

How do you know it's the GPU driver if blue screen has no text or message?

You can try to get the latest driver from Intel.

@AnhEZ28 Installing latest intel graphics driver is causing BSOD with SYSTEM-SERVICE-EXCEPTION :)

In what condition does the blue screen appear? Like during browsing or watching a video?

@AnhEZ28 @JackE Thanks for replying and Hope fix soon. Here is my concern

1.Installed fresh windows 10 and used it for 4 days.

2.Installed all windows updates and drivers.
Current driver version: Intel UHD graphics 27.20.100.8983 Windows 10

3.Received a BSOD without text [Some glitches the text :) emoji are slattered]. Randomly sometime while using GPU rendering apps like VLC, sometime without using anything.

4.I have checked the Event Viewer., There is nothing there except
Reliability History -> ERRROR :Last shutdown was unexpected [Blue Screen]

5.So, searched for updated drivers in acer.com in-EN Acer Aspire a314-35
6.Again Fresh installed windows 10 and manually installed the driver.

7.I have struggling with about 20+ days of researching and don't have plenty of time to wait for another BSOD. (Since, I'm studying)

8.So I manually triggering BSOD using NotMyFault by sysInternals (Microsoft)
9.The blue screen has glitches textures.

10.Again Clean windows installation and tried BSOD with Microsoft Basic Display Driver, Triggered is fine,
    NO glitches,Slaggery in BSOD

11.Installed all windows updates again, It installed the latest available UHD driver.
    Againg Facing Slaggery BSOD

    Steps already taken:

Disabled Fastboot in BIOS and in Windows
    Windows repair

Booting into safe Mode [No problem coz microsoft driver]
    Disk repair
    DISM
    Memory Test
    Cleaned RAM and SSD
    Checked RAM,SSD health
    Fresh installation [10+ times]
    Upto-date windows
Installing windows 11 UMA driver from acer.com

Latest stable driver + Fresh widows

    VGA

    VGA Driver (UMA)

    Intel

    2021/02/04

    27.20.100.8983

BSOD with glitches by manually triggering [ with some slattered text ]

    Microsoft Basic Display Adapter: 10.0.19041.3636

BSOD screen is fine by manually triggering

Tried both win 10/win 11 drivers from acer support

    Final Conclusion:

After fresh windows installation of 2-4 days with basic usage like movies, simply working etc.. (Even with no single app installed) I'll see a BSOD with no text, So cannot able to see what the actual error is.

There will be no dump creation at that time.

    Last known BSOD with sluggered:

*I have watching a movie and tried to increase display brightness it caused

*One day I have browsing web and tried to open File Explorer it caused

    Current Sytem State: Specifications here.

Seems like the error comes from the hardware. If you can disassemble the laptop, try to take the each RAM stick out to test.

Try google searching "how to stop windows 11 from downloading graphics drivers" to temporarily suspend driver updates to see what happens. If it resolves the problem, a registry edit is available for Win11 Home to manually stop these updates.

    @AnhEZ28 Yesterday I Have dis-assembled RAM, SSD x2 STICKS

SAMSUNG, CRUCIAL cleaned it and assembled it again, now again installed OS [still now not seen any BSOD]

But, to KNOW : Before using win-11 I won't face BSOD

@JackE when I'm using win-11 the same version of graphics driver is installed.

@StevenGen My laptop is with INTEL CELERON N4500 with UHD 16EU I guess you're telling INTEL PENTIUM SILVER N6000 UHD 32EU

And I'm aware of using IN-en UN.K0SSI.006 (India) not US-en

Also I have observed the driver files are supported to by my UHD Graphics JASPER_LAKE and with motherboard of JSL_Rosemary to support windows 10

Also I have seen the exact same model laptop with N4500 Windows 10 Video here posted 3yr back.

The main reason for coming back to windows 11 is:

    *Slow and buggy UI components

*Since my colleagues have atleast and i3 12th Gen, Honestly due to financial I'm the only one guy in college using this processor :) and seeking help like.

*So, the windows 11 is normal and good for basic user

    *I prefer Performance over UI

*Currently fixed a lot of problems to OS with Reliability history + Event viewer + DCOM + DUMP

(fixing myself everything) 🙃Since, all here are with High specs and not aware of/not care of

Why windows 10 is better than windows 11 to N4500?

    1.Faster wireless + BT connectivity.

    2.UI is Great.

    3.Faster response.

    4.Known for reliability.

    Final Conclusion

*Cleaned 2xram + SSD and installed fresh OS with the above mentioned method already [manual installation of drivers].

    *Checked SSD S.M.A.R.T Health

    *Still under observation.

    Thank you..!

    Thank to @JackE @StevenGen @AnhEZ28 for assistance..!

Installed WIN-10 on 13/12/2024 still now goes fine.

If anything goes wrong.. I'll definately be with.. :)

And my final question to obtain OEM ISO the only way to get it from acer store?
Here in some stores they're installing simply win-ISO instead of OEM

Yes, the OEMiso version is normally available only from the Acer store. It often works better than the generic WINiso due to different system and driver software for the proprietary OEM hardware design.
