Predator Helios PH315-54 SSD not detecting

Hey folks! I was hanging out on my laptop downstairs about an hour ago, and everything was working fine. I closed the lid, unplugged it and moved upstairs to connect it to my monitor and keyboard, and got the 'No Bootable Device' message flash up on screen. A quick check of the BIOS shows no sign of HDD0 (see image).

I shut down the laptop, powered off, held the power button down for a bit, then popped open the back cover. SSD drive appears to be seated correctly, but powering it up again I get the same screen as above.

Is there anything I can do to self-repair this (given I'm a bit of an incompetent when it comes to physically repairing electronics) or is this a job for the repair shop?

Thanks!
