This laptop is only 2 weeks old but I'm arleady having a pretty big issue: when I detach the ethernet cable from the laptop and then put it back I get a lot of issues while gaming, my character in games like cs2 and valorant suddenly stops moving, but i can see everyone else moving and playing except me and after a few seconds it all goes back to normal but then i get the same issue all over again continously.

This laptop does not have an Ethernet RJ45 port, unless you are using an RJ45 to USB 3.0 adapter to connect the Ethernet cable to the internet and that is where the connection problem could be. As this laptop only has a WLAN?BT card to connect to the internet.

Also, you need to set this laptop up properly and have all the Win-11 updates done, you need to have the new Win-11 version 24H2 and all its updates so that your OS build is 26100.2454 as this update will update the NVidia gpu to its latest driver for your laptops gpu. For the CS2 game, play this game through the GeForce Experience game settings that NVidia has for your RTX gpu. Also make sure that you have the last bios version 1.15 and all the available optional firmware drivers from Win-11 updates. Do all that first as this laptop is made for gaming and should not be having any problems with the CS2 game. Good luck.
