I have had my monitor sat aside for the last feww months during a home renovation. When I went to plug in the monitor, the LCD screen is cracked seemingly from some type of pressure. There's no puncture or outer crack, so I'm really not sure how this happened. Regardless, it is unusable. I was curious if I could purchase a new screen and replace it myself or if Acer has some type of trade in program they take otherwise working hardware to refurbish and give you credit towards a new purchase.

Acer does not have a trade in for damaged monitors, the best is to get a quote from a TV or computer technician that has experience with monitors around you, who can replace the screen or supply and replace the screen, so get a quote for both and see if purchasing the screen for your Acer model ED323QUR monitor and doing it yourself is cheaper or getting the technician to do it is just as cheap or not worth doing and you would be better off buying a new 30 inch monitor.

Here is the replacement screen specs for your Acer model ED323QUR monitor it’s a 30 inch LCD screen and its screen is the part # M300DVR01.0. Good luck.

It looks like these are the screens they used:

You should be able to source either one, since there are very few differences.
