HOW TO DISABLE LOW BLUE LIGHT? Only options are Standard and Level 1-4 in SB240Y monitor
Unable to disable the low blue light setting. No Acersense download link available when I search my model SB240Y in support.acer.com. When I download Acersense (version 5.0) through Microsoft store, it does not read my monitor or populate any settings.
Incredibly poor functionality by Acer, very surprised. Is there any way to turn the low blue light off?

I have the new Nitro VG271U M3. In the OSD setting under the "Low Blue Light" it doesn't have the option to turn it off, whereas the selections are: Standard, Lv 1 to 4. I need it turned off.
I can clearly tell while in Standard that it has some yellowish tint on it. How do I forcibly turn it off?[Edited the thread to add issue detail]

Check if this is an Acer Quick Access feature which can be disabled or even uninstalled (recommended).

Same problem, my VG240Y m3bmiipx which i just recently bought doesn't have the off option is the OSD. Now putting it side-by-side with my VG240Y sbmiipx which has it "Low Blue Light" turned off, there's definitely a slight yellow tint on the m3bmiipx even changing the temperature from warm to standard.

Same problem with my SB240Y. When I search my model in support.acer.com, there is no Acersense download that pops up. When I try to just download Acersense through Microsoft store, it doesn't populate any settings/read my monitor when I run the app.
How can we turn off this blue light filter??? Please assist, Acer team. Incredibly poor functionality by Acer, very surprised.

Hi, you need Acer Quick Access for that, if you don't see that on Acer Support download QA from this link: https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Application/Quick%20Access/Quick%20Access_Acer_3.00.3046_20221121_W11x64_A.zip?acerid=638096915821914110&Step1=&Step2=&Step3=NITRO%20AN515-46&OS=ALL&LC=pt-br&BC=ACER&SC=PA_3

Acer Sense is a utility for Acer computers, not for Acer monitors. There shouldn't be a version of Acer Sense for any non-Acer product. Likely the blue light settings you want to deal with are in Windows, not in the monitor.
